Swan-Collie Off Road Vehicle Regional Land Use Planning Study

The Off Road Vehicle Regional Land Use Planning Study has been commissioned by the Department of Environment and Conservation to identify lands that may be suitable for ORV trails and areas.

The project will review current environmental, legislative and land tenure constraints and will encourage and evaluate submissions by individuals and groups.

The objective of the project is to provide clarity regarding where ORV activity could be permitted and appropriate facilities developed, and where it is not permitted.
